2008 continues the exciting vision put forth last year by the new release of SINGLE MOMENT . The quintet remains the same with the addition of guitarist Dale Bruning. The Fred Hess Big Band will debut at Dazzle, Sunday November 16 at 7pm and on Tuesday, January 6, 2009. The ensemble will be recording in early January 2009. The band performed to an enthusiastic audience, Friday Jan. 12, 2007, at the 34th IAJE International Conference held in New York City, and May 19, at the Penofin Jazz Festival held in Ukiah, CA..
