There's not much to report. The progress continues at the usual slow but steady pace. I'm going to have to be patient.

Again, the progress is barely visible, but I can tell that there is more skin.

April 18, 1998:

I've gotten really tired of restoring in the summer. I can't imagine how I did it before. I must have really needed to do this at the beginning. Like last year, I'm going to take the summer off.

August 19, 1998

I've started restoring again. I'm amazed at how difficult it was to get back into the routine. I'd forgotten so much. It's all come back to me though.
