Patty (Lee) Carlson
I work as a housewife. Brad, my husband, is a computer programmer.
Brad and I were married in 1988 in Rockford. I became a Christian in 1989 and am now a member of Grace Reformed Baptist Church in Rockford. I was laid off from my job in 1998 and have remained outside of the workforce since then. Brad has been working from home (telecommuting) since 1999 which has been such a blessing for us to be home together. In light of the family, friends, and church the Lord has given me, I truly have a wonderful life!

Three off-the-wall things about you we don’t know:
1. If I were a color it would be green – my eyes are mostly green, I turn green before speaking in front of people, I think the Emerald City would be a cool place to live, I like greenbacks, mint chocolate chip ice cream, grass, trees…although Kirmit the Frog says, “It’s not easy being green”.
2. I can sing all (or most) of the names of the countries of the world to the tune of the Mexican Hat Dance.
3. I’m really not that good at being introspective.

Spiritual or religious thoughts:
I once was lost but now am found was blind but now I see. There was a time that I didn't know what love truly was, but now the One True Living God, has captured my heart; I am His and He is mine. He is love, joy, and peace; seek Him before it is too late!
Hobbies and Interests: - Reading, Writing, and Photography.
Interesting stuff I have done - I have translated to modern English a facsimile version of the book 'A Commentary on the Book of Judges' by Richard Rogers, published in 1615, from the 17th century english and spelling. This volume consists of 103 sermons. I am in communication with a publishing house, but do not know what will be the outcome.
