There's a pool, and things for kids  - and adults ­- to do. Please BYOB (pop, tea, and water will be provided), and towel and swimsuit if you like. After 10 pm, the party will move to Mr. Bee’s at the new Parke Hotel on GE and Towanda–Barnes road.              Todd Vohland has generously underwritten a portion of the cost of the Fiesta.  To cover the rest of the expenses, the event will be $12 per person. Jesse) to the stop sign at Hershey, turn right and continue to the first left at Kara Crossing.  At the T intersection with Kolbe, take a right and then the first right is Hodgehaven.  We’re on the inside bottom of the U.  Brown and brick house with a wrap-around front porch. ******** Picnic at Lake Bloomington - Jim Carmichael's Sunday July 31        2 -6 pm Gondola sandwiches from Avanti's, soft drinks, and beer are provided. Swim, canoe, waterslide, and fish off the dock. Rocky beach--bring swimshoes for tender toes and swimvests for kids (no lifeguard). Bring: Lawn chairs or blankets; kids; empty coolers, plus your old year books or other fun memorabilia. Jim Carmichael's house, 24815 Nighthawk Drive, Hudson, IL 61748 Directions: Take Veterans Parkway north (becomes Pipeline Road). After maybe five or ten miles, Pipeline Road ends at a "T" intersection. Take a right and then the next left. After one mile come to a four-way stop and note sign for Lake Bloomington. Turn left at stop sign. Go over bridge and take immediate right. Road curves around a few times and comes to a four-way stop at Green Gables restaurant. Turn right at stop sign and then take first right, on Nighthawk Drive. The Carmichaels' house is about the tenth house on the left. The house number, 24815, is on the mailbox. This is near Lynn Jesse Fewkes' house, where we will have the Fiesta. The rate is $89.99 per night if you make reservations before June 28th. They have set aside some rooms with a single king bed, and others with two queens. When you call, ask for the Uhigh 30th Reunion rate.
