Billing and Payment
Indra’s Net bills retroactively on or about the 2nd, for services rendered in the previous calendar month. For dialup customers who have a choice of billing plans, we also offer you the flexibility to change your plan, so that you can save money when your Internet usage needs change; simply contact us to make either a temporary or a permanent change.
For your convenience, we recommend monthly payment by credit card (VISA or MasterCard); payment is posted automatically and you will receive an email notification each month detailing your charges. Postal billing is available but will incur a $1/month surcharge.
